This page is a teaching Resource for teachers of years 5-11 and teachers in the health sector!
The best thing to do when going through this lesson schedule is to introduce the topic and then have the girls talk in their table group on the idea, then have a brainstorm on the board to see what they already know and what else you need to touch on. It's a great way to help the girls feel comfortable about this topic and about having conversations based on menstruation.
It great as the girls should be sitting with their friends and the people they are comfortable around
We hope that through this website, we can help the girls learn to look after their body and themselves and be able to live life to the fullest, especially with this monthly reoccurence!
We hope that girls will feel comfortable to converse about periods with others, as it is nothing to be ashamed about.
We also hope thet we have given the girls some valuble knowledge to manage their health and well-being for their present and future
